Equipped with an exceptionally powerful 280-watt motor, this versatile appliance is a combination hand mixer and hand blender. For mixing, beating, and whipping, there are two cunningly designed beaters that produce volume while reducing splashing. For kneading, there's a strong dough hook, and for blending, there's an attachment that can be used in the accompanying 2-cup container (or any container) for small jobs like salad dressings. For chopping, the power unit attaches to another container with its own blades to make quick work of nuts, onions, hard cheeses, herbs, garlic, and meats. I actually returned my kitchen aid mixer and bought this from amazon because it seemed more practical for its uses. i got rid of my manual pampered chef chopper and electric processor too. this does it all and i dont have to sacrifice cabinet space for it. my handheld beater had burned up on me and this was a perfect replacement. i love that it came with the chopper adapter. its easy to use and rinses out easily. i havent used it yet for making bread so i need to do that before giving my opinion ... My first Braun Multimix 4in1 Hand Mixer lasted over 12 years. Unfortunately, it was damaged during my last move.When I couldn't find it anywhere, I tried 2 other hand helds to do it's job but they did not perform as well nor did they last.If you make cakes, bread & do a lot of fine chopping of vegetables, garlic, ginger & onion, you will have to replace this little wonder with some of those humongous food processors or mixers.Clean up is a whiz.Motor unit is wiped clean & the parts go into ... Attachments work well. Easy to clean and operate. I could not ask more for the price I paid. Price not considered I would like more power options.

This by far is the best blender and chopper you will ever need. It does it all and it does it all well.I have had mine for years and have slowly bought one for other family members who have praised it.
