Have about a dozen pieces of this high quality cutlery, and they've all performed perfectly over the years. Being stainless, they're a little more difficult to sharpen than the carbon steel knives, but retain their edge longer. I'm 100% satisfied.

I got this one for my wife at Christmas, and she's extremely pleased with it.She uses it more than any other knife she has I think.Highly recommended.

I purchased this knife from Macy's and initially, was very happy.This knife just feels perfect in your hand, has great balance, and very sharp.Unfortunately, sometimes I don't immediately clean my knives right when I'm done, and I have to either scrub or soak them later.
Because this states on the box it's "dishwasher safe," and the fact that it is a "professional" knife, I assumed it would be okay to soak in a sink with warm soapy water.I did this a few times, and one night ... Read More

Yes, another lowing report for this knife.I have a 24 yr. old Chicago Cutlery set that sharpens up well but this knife stays sharp a long time.I bought two of these.
