I recommend this cd to anyone who has trouble sleeping. This cd is a wonderful way to fall asleep to & relax to. I use to have trouble sleeping and ever since I've been using this cd I have slept like a baby and I'm less stressed. I fall asleep fast and stay asleep. Steven Halpern has tons of other awesome cds also. Brilliant artist.

This item well help you relax plus as well get in balance with yourself as no other CD i have came by yet to this day, so i have to say this is a really good CD or mp3 buy!!! i would recommend it to anyone. :D

It is wonderful!!!!I was a little skeptical of music therapy and the chakra concepts which are fairly new to me.I downloaded this from amazon, then onto my blackberry, and listened to it while resting.Meditation is also new to me so I didn't try that while listening.Right from the first few notes, it definitely relaxed me and made me feel more at peace!!I would highly recommend this to anyone to help destress!!!Sure wish I had discovered this years ago!!If you know nothing about chakras, ... This CD for me didn't quite make the cut for chakra healing in comparison to other sound therapy and chakra balancing CDs that I own.

Halpern is a well-respected artist in the field with many years of experience and I don't discredit that he has a feel for what he is doing, however, I am disappointed with the musical composition of Chakra Suite.
