- Kidde Two-story Fire Escape Ladder
All potential consumers need to know this product is a "one time use only" ladder.No practice runs allowed.I did not know this when I purchased it and returned it due to that fact.I wanted a ladder we could practice on and have on hand in an emergency.

Appears to be an ideal product. We went over it with our son. Seems easy enough to utilize.

since it is a 1 time use product we haven't tried it....and hope never to have need it but it seems like a well build and easy to use item. Both my 5 and 7 year olds are confident they will be able to use it if needed

WE LIVE IN A HOME WITH NO ESCAPE ROUTE FROM THE UPSTAIRS AND IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY WE NEEDED A WAY OUT OF THE WINDOW.
THIS LADDER WAS BOTH VERY AFFORDABLE, EASY TO QUICKLY SET UP AND LONG ENOUGH SO IN CASE WE EVER DO HAVE TO USE IT NO ONE SHOULD HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.
