Amazon.com Review:
A rare feature among hard-anodized cookware, Anolon Titanium isactually dishwasher-safe. However, it offers cooks many advantages longbefore cleanup time. Constructed of extra-thick aluminum, these heavypots and pans conduct heat quickly and uniformly (no hot spots) andwon't warp. Their handsome, charcoal-gray exterior is harder than steeland resists scratching and denting. Inside, they're coated withDuPont's exceptionally durable Autograph nonstick that readily releasesfood. Stainless-steel handles wear an attractive satin finish. Thehandles are rounded for comfort, hollow to stay cool on the stovetop,oven-safe to 500 degrees F, and have hanging holes. This 1-1/2-quartsaucepan has a deep-set, satin-finish, stainless-steel lid with ahandle that matches the pan's.
Unlike conventional hard-anodized pots and pans, this cookware isdishwasher-safe because its titanium-composite exterior is nonporous.Nevertheless, its virtue of being dishwasher-safe is not unlimited. Toprevent pots and pans from discoloring in a dishwasher over time--andto prevent voiding the lifetime warranty against defects--themanufacturer's cleaning instructions about water temperature (120 to140 degrees F) and detergent (mild, with a phosphate content less that7-1/2 percent) must be strictly observed. As with most cookware, handwashing Anolon Titanium is the better alternative for ideal care.--Fred Brack

- Excellent
We already owned one of these pans, but my husband was adamant that that pan be ready and clean every time he needed it, which is everyday, to cook his morning oatmeal. No other pan would do. So I gave him another one for his birthday, and he loves it. It is deep and heavy, so that contents do not boil over, and is very easy to clean.

- Really Nice Pan
I purchased this pan and the two quart size also. I'm not a expert on cooking pans but I have seen a number of different brands over the years and I like these best. The non-stick surface works nice. Like I said in the review for the 2 quart pan, I have had these pans run dry on the stove and it didn't damage the non-stick surface and it cleaned up easy. I've seen non-stick pans that were damaged by overheating them. Compared to some other top brands, I think these pans are reasonably priced. I ... Read More
