Item is very well made, sturdy and looks great.Love the fact that it is not hollow in the middle but has bars that are used for hanging as well as the outside rim.

IT IS CHROME, VERY STRONG, AND TAKES ABOUT FIVE MINUTES TO ASSEMBLE. THE RACK IN THE CENTER WORKS GREAT FOR PUTING A PLANT ON, OR COOK BOOKS. IT ALSO COMES WITH TWELVE POT HOOKS.
