- Almost perfect....
As advertised, it does make great bread. My only little "niggle" is most of what I've baked is kind of mushy. I prefer, more rustic, airy bread but instead I'm getting these very dense high moisture loaves, albeit they taste very good. Trying to figure out who to make the crust more flaky as well.
All in all, a great machine though.....

A couple months ago we purchased a Panasonic SD YD 250 Btread Machine.If you are on a low sodium diet the store bread is too high in Sodium.My wife uses Low Sodium Bread Recipes for Bread Machines.Namely Basic White, Rasin and Egg Bread. All come out beautiful, large with a light crust.Now I am back to having sandwiches again, after two years.

I LOVE this bread machine.It does not come with enough recipes, but the Betty Crocker bread machine cookbook has more than enough delicious recipes most of which work perfect with this bread machine.The basic white bread in that cookbook made with this bread machine is my very favorite white bread absolutely ever.I mean really delicious.This machine is very very, and even especially easy to use, because the yeast has its own separate compartment, so you don't have to worry about it getting ... This is the best breadmaker I've ever used. Years ago I started my experience with home made bread with Panasonic, I was very satisfied with it, but then I switched to other brands (Cuisinart included) but no one was as good as Panasonic. I was so glad when I found this one, I am using it for over a year and this is the best tasting bread I ever had from the breadmaker. Great product, if I ever need a new one I will choose Panasonic again!
