- It Is What It Is....You Decide.
First, the DVD: Nice transfer. They used a good, clean print and it is clear and crisp. The sound is done in Dolby Digital and really sounds fantastic. Very entertaining - brings back fond memories of that era. I think I've seen this movie a hundred times.
Rating:
- Most gloriously gay movie ever!
This movie is the most magnificently gay movie ever made! To me this movie will always be a happy childhood pleasure that has morphed into a guilty adult pleasure. *NOTES OF INTEREST* In the scene where Samantha is recruiting people for the band, watch her ice cream cone, the flavors swap places at least 3 times. And in the cattle call scene for band talent that is none other than Blackie Lawless of WASP squatting on that piano. Just some fun observations from a life long Village People fan.
