My favorite song on this DVD is Separate Ways. It introduced Journey fans to Steve Augeri and Deen Castronovo in a big way. Journey rolled the dice big by coming into Vegas without Perry to a concert-savvy market. If you do that - you better bring your A game and they did. Augeri shines with his confidence and poise. My husband and I saw this concert on DirecTv several years ago and we both loved it.I finally broke down and searched for it online and found a good price on Amazon.It arrived very promptly, and we have watched it twice already.

I have always been a very big Journey fan. However I did not realize there was a Journey before Steve Perry.To me SP will always be the "voice" of Journey.I lost touch of them in later years and didn't even realize that they had had other lead singers since him.Since rediscovering them lately I have watched many a youtube video checking out the various lead singers.I must admit, I really really like Steve Augeri and wish he would have been able to stick with them.I have only had this DVD a ... I got to see Journey on stage twice and getting this DVD was like being back there watching them in person. Steve Augeri is such a pleasure to watch. He puts a lot of himself into the show and makes you feel like you are part of the show. Journey is a great group of guys,pouring their souls out in ther music. A must have DVD, we watch it a lot.
