This machine is wonderful!!! It's the easiest way to entertain a group of people because they cook their own food. The cheese melts, the meats and or veggies grill at the same time and the combinations are endless. I"m giving two of these for gifts to guests who loved the experience of melting, grilling, eating and talking about it.

Excellent product. We had no problem with the cleaning like other people have reported. We removed the excess of stuff with one of spatulas then we let it cool down and washed it right away afterwards. The dirt came off easily.

We first had raclette at a friend's house.It was so much fun we had to get our own!

We used our grill for the 1st time tonite and had a wonderful time with our friends!!Clean up was very easy.The only thing is we were hoping the grill area was a little bigger; the one we had while living in Europe was bigger so we were able to fit more meat on the top.We plan to buy another one soon.
