- Best workout ever!
I love this video workout!I read a lot of comments about the "cheesy eighties music and wardrobe"...who cares!It's still the best workout routine I've tried (and I've tried a lot!)The music is acutally perfect for the workout, the instructors are great and you get a good workout for your whole body.The stretch at the end doesn't seem like much, but it obviously does the trick because I've never gotten sore from not stretching an area properly.

I must admit that I have only done the abs portion of this dvd so far.It offers a pretty good ab workout but is a bit cheesey for my taste.I'll continue to use the program in my routine. I like the segmented aspect of the program.If you don't mind cheese, it is worth the money.

"Five day abs" is fantastic because the workouts are tough and effective, but short enough that you can squeeze one in to every day.And because there are five routines to rotate through, it's not boring.

I would definitely NOT recomend this. Don't be fooled by the cover. The guy does an intro to each session for about 30 seconds. Then it takes you back to 1989, with big hair, bad music and really, really, bad outfits. The kind with the tights and thongs. And a lot of big hair, lots of hairspray. I had to return it. No way I could follow the exercises when I couldn't get past the the fact the woman's bangs were 8 inches tall.
