Have this oven for 5 years now..it was Great a majority of those years..except ;sat year Timer no longer shut off oven so human intervention is necessary via unplugging power cord...
so if you want to save $$$ and do it yourself, you CAN replace the TIMER yourself by first taking out the little
screws with a Phillips head screw driver and remove the timer unit and install a new one. You CAN do it!!!

- Wax Museum Toaster! It Looks Good BUT NOTHING INSIDE!!!!
The "retro" and the reputation I thought I found "THE ONE"!!! I don't think I ever had a goldilocks piece of toast aka "JUST RIGHT"... The timer was inconsistent, and would still work even WITHOUT being plugged in!!!The heating element inside melted , bent and stopped working ... For the amount ( over $ 150.00)I felt BURNT!!!I will not buy this brand again, and will trust reviews...I guess "Retro" means will not work after your warranty expires!!! Fahgettaboutit"!!!!

Item did not work and I lost money because I had to ship it back to dealer in order to get refund.It cost me $14.00 which I was not reinbursed.

I highly recommend this oven to anyone who wants a high quality toaster oven.When guests actually comment that your TOASTER OVEN is "very cool" - you have to laugh and say, "yeah, I know!"Not only does this toaster have the best looking, sleak design, it works even better. It has a larger than normal cooking space and I frequently use it for baking and broiling dinners for 2 instead of turning on my oven.It is also very accurate in temperature and I never worry about things being over or under ...
