- incredible music by The Hollies
The Hollies' Greatest Hits is a particularly good single CD compilation that gives us a lot of their very best music. The Hollies had a fantastic sound and they never let their fans down; they gave their all to everything they ever did. The sound quality on this CD is excellent and I like that artwork a lot, too.
"Bus Stop," one of their biggest hits ever, starts the track set really well. They sing and harmonize on this number; and the guitars and drums are used brilliantly in the musical ... Read More

- The Greatest
I would definitely recommend this album! Whether you're a die hard fan of The Hollies or just starting to listen to them, this is really a great album to own. The Hollies Greatest Hits (the one with clouds on the cover and has 47 songs) is better in my opinion though. It's got more songs such as "Sorry Suzanne", "Jennifer Eccles", and "I'm Alive", just to name a few of my favorites that aren't on this album. But this album is a great start if you only started liking The Hollies!

A year later they got a contract with the famed British label, Parlophone (part of EMI) and a fifth member, guitarist Tony Hicks.

- best 60s English rock band
I was a big Hollies fan back in the day and this CD met all my expectations. For anyone searching for good English rock bands, this is the CD to get.
Rating:
- Wish I could see them
Since some of the Hollies have moved on to successful careers with other bands, this group's contributions to pop music have been short-changed. They were just brilliant. This collection is highly recommended. I really wish they would get back together. This is a reunion tour I would pay big money to see.
