Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R3I9KI6GTUHGMX The Tricam step ladder does an adequate job for an occasional light use - i.e. using it to help you reach a bottle of olive oil that is on the top-shelf of your cabinet. However, if you need it for "project" type work - painting, changing light bulbs or anything that is going to require more than 30 seconds of use you may want to keep on shopping.

The product is sturdy and very slim as advertised. It works well and is easy to move around.

I love this item because it's made of steel! It may be a little heavy but man is it strong! For only a few onches more it would be extra strong when standing on it. (cheaper too!) KM

The ladder was as advertised with one problem.The rubber wedge from one of the legs was missing.When I spoke to customer service I was told they couldn't send me one.They were willing to replace the ladder but this was totally unacceptable to me - it is a very heavy item and it would have been impossible for me to return the faulty one especially for such a simple problem.Instead, I was given a 10% refund.Big Deal. So I got in touch with the manufacturer who, no questions asked sent, me ... Read More
