I LOVED MOST OF MY SLOW COOKER'S. HAVE ALWAYS LIKED WEST BEND .
I HAD THIS SLOW COOKER AROUND 14 MONTH'S AND NON-STICK STARTED COMING OFF AROUND THE HANDLE'S. STOP USING IT BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT ANY OF THE NON--STICK IN MY FOOD.
I USE MY SLOW COOKER AROUND 4-5 TIMES A WEEK..

I've broken three of the ceramic crock pots in the past year though heavy use.This one is not going to break, and it cooks wonderfully.Lightweight and easy to clean.Love the many ways to use the various pieces, it would be great for a small kitchen.It was entirely worth the additional cost to upgrade reliability and function.

I have another brand of slow cooker with automatic controls, timer, etc., and I like it. However, it has a very large and heavy crockery insert that is difficult to handle and wash. A friend has one of these West Bend 6-qt. cookers and likes it. I studied the reviews as well as looking carefully at my friend's model. Both the light weight and the non-stick surface convinced me to order my own. I have used it several times now -- more often than I would use my super-duper one, which is awkward and ... Read More
