Amazon.com Review:
This sturdy, durable wand steamer presses wrinkles out of garments, drapes, and upholstery quicker and easier than an iron, and it doesn't "shine" or scorch fabrics like an iron can. Wand steamers are popular in the fashion and entertainment fields, where wardrobe crews must keep clothing immaculate while working quickly. This 1,300-watt steamer shoots high-velocity steam jets out of a 6-inch-wide head to smooth any fabric from sheer silk to thick wool. A removable water tank provides up to 90 minutes of steaming time. The steamer heats in a minute and then rolls to work on sturdy casters. Garments and drapes can be pressed where they hang, including closets, or garments can be hung from a loop atop the steamer's sturdy aluminum rod, which screws together to rise 62 inches above the floor. For storage, the rod has a holder for the wand.
Indicative of the steamer's quality is the brass fitting attaching the hose to the tank. (A wrench to tighten the fitting is included, and it has magnets for storage on the base.) Other features include an automatic safety shutoff if the steamer runs dry and a stay-cool wand handle. The steamer's plastic base measures 11 inches wide, 17 inches high, and 14-1/2 inches deep. The steamer carries a one-year warranty against defects. --Fred Brack

- Jiffy steamer
An excellent steamer for the money.I had planned to buy a commercial grade model, but decided to buy this model instead since it only took 2 minutes to heat up versus 15 minutes or more for the commercial grade models. This one is a much better quality than the one that I am replacing which I bought at a local department store at least 5 years ago. These steamers pay for themselves by saving money on drycleaning billls.Even if I pay my housekeeper to steam my clothes, she is able to steam 3 ... Read More

- Jiffy Steamer J-2000
I purchased the Jiffy Steamer after having gone through Rowenta steamers. Both of my Rowentas lasted a year. I love the Jiffy. It is sturdy and well-made. The pole that holds the steamer arm is much more solid than the Rowenta. It heats up quickly and delivers substantial steam. The only problem is that the cord is a little short. I would recommend this. I just hope it lasts longer than the Rowenta.

- Love it!
This steamer is everything I hoped it would be.I had been using a small portable hand-held model for about a year, creeping along with only being able to steam maybe 3 articles of clothing at a time before having to stop & refill. I finally decided to spring for one of these after reading reviews & researching different models. What an amazing purchase!I can do a whole weeks worth of wardrobe for my businessman husband at a time without stopping! It's actually fun to do now & I look forward to ... Read More

- Great product...
I was in the clothing biz for 10 years and used clothing steamers often.
This is just as good as any of the $400 professional units I used.
For those who claim it does not replace an iron...it's damn close.
For those who claim it does not get out wrinkles from all or certain fabrics, you do not know how to use it.
This steamer produces plenty of steam to get out any wrinkles from any fabric.
As far as the steam board they have here for $60.
I made one for $20, with ... Read More

- Jiffy is the best
I've had an older Jiffy Steamer for about 20 years, and it's always worked like a champ.I'm a professional photo stylist, so I use it a lot, and have taken it on many trips, so it's been shipped just about everywhere.
Finally decided to get a newer model, which ismuch lighter, thus less expensive to ship.I love it, works as great as the last one.
