Based on original illustrations by Lenox artist Louise Le Luyer, the designs on Butterfly Meadow fine bone porcelain dinnerware include realistic depictions of actual butterflies for the nature lover. This 9-inch accent plate features not only a butterfly but a bee and ladybug, all investigating a purple wisteria blossom hanging from a leafy vine.
Scalloped edges on the plate echo the delicate wing structure of a butterfly, yet the porcelain is very durable and safe for the oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Several almond croissants or large raspberry muffins can be heated directly on the plate and taken right to the breakfast table.
