Inside their bottoms, Circulon's patented Hi-Low system of concentric grooves creates narrow ridges to take utensil abuse, leaving low, wide grooves unscathed to readily release food and ensuring long life for the nonstick coating. This product does what it says it will do.The only down side is to wash by hand but it is so easy it really is a snap.

I'm Mr.B.,I've been an adventurous cook for more than fifty years.I've cooked on cast iron and all the other coated cookware, on gas, electric and campfires.Circulon 2 is easily the best cookware I've used. I shopped and compared sets for about a month before buying these. It is a much better value (from Amazon) than all the bigger brands I looked at. Mrs. B and I have been cooking with it for about four months. We have also used it in the oven up to 375 F. per the mfg info, and it was great. ... Read More

This is the best cookware. The coating on this stuff is phenomenal. I cook Farina (like Cream of Wheat) and it used to be a pain in the butt to clean afterwards because of the cooked on milk. With this cookware it just peels off. I cooked Rice Krispy treats last night, with the marshmallows, and as I am making the marshmallows the mixture is just moving around the pot without sticking at all.
Another big thing I noticed is that when I am boiling water to make spaghetti the whole bottom ... Read More

I've just received this set. And everything looks great. No warped pans or scratches anywhere. However, I gave this product only 1 star because I think that no one should buy this from amazon. I was attracted to their promo of getting a free bonus pan if you spend $200 and TWO free bonus pans if you spend $250. The Circulon website has the same deal but thought I would save $50 by going through Amazon. Well I never received the promo and when I called to get the matter resolved it was IMPOSSIBLE to even ... We were replacing a set of pots and pans we had for over 20 years, so while not as heavy at that set, these appear to be good quality and clean up very easily.
