- The ink prints faded
The ink prints out faded and unreadable.The ink cartridge is completely unusable, and I have been trying for over a month to get a refund, or even a replacement.It has been a huge disappointment.

I have an HP all-in-one printer at home and another at the office.I have been pleased until now, but recently I installed a brand new, sealed HP 56 black cartridge at the office and it registered empty and didn't print, even though it was well before its expiration date. Another new cartridge worked fine.Yesterday, the same thing happened at home with still another cartridge.There is no recourse to these defective cartridges, no way to prove that you didn't simply use them up.There is no ... - Pays to get the real thing
This is one of those cases where you get what you pay for. I tried the re-fill route, and was not at all pleased - one cartridge leaked, another worked fine for a short while then started to produce smeary text. Bit the bullet and went back to the real HP 56 cartridge (this is for an HP all-in-one) and have never had a problem since. Cost a bit more, but they work perfectly.

I was extremely pleased with the HP cartridges which I received via Amazon.com.My only suggestion could be to have a more timely delivery system.I thought it was going to be received within 1-2 days and I believe it was more like 5-6 days. Thank you.
