Unit is well built & fits well. It comes with all cables required. The price is good.I purchased and installed the unit to replace a OE power supplied that was failing in an older PC.

Power supply is QUIETER than orginal DELL PS ( also quieter than BESTBUY $80 PS to be returned );-)
It has all the connections ( and more ) that the original PS in my 6 yr. old Dell Dimension had.Connected easily and snugly.
Unit fits snugly in case.PS Screw holes just slighly mis-aligned to case ( BESTBUY $80 did fit perfectly ).

Needed a new Power Supply fast for my Dell that failed. Got the product in 2 days. Works great, quiet.... Not much else to say but I am satisfied.
