- Soothing and Refreshing
I play this almost every night as I go to sleep.I rarely get to the end before falling asleep. It seems to me as though it never starts in the same place twice- so it's like a new CD each time.It's not like you're anticipating the same melody over and over.I have several soothing CDs which I have purchased thru Amazon.They are all unique, and I love them all.I find the reviews to be reliable when I am looking to buy more CDs like these.

This is a very good CD. I often listen to it at night when my mind is going too fast and can't seem to quiet down. This does the trick. It would also be great for massage.

Listening to this is a very calming experience. I listen to a lot of Halpern and this is just perfect. Great to put on for an evening at home in front of the fire, or out on the beach watching the waves roll in.
