- Sony Earbuds
This is a decent pair of earbuds for a good price. They have worked well for me. However, the foam covering comes off easily or eventually tears. The earbuds work just fine and are quite comfortable without the foam coverings though. All in all a good purchase.

- Big Sound for Small Price
This little headphone sounds a lot better than many others costing a lot more. The bass is rich and deep considering its price. Also, the decibel level of sound produced is very high compared to many other similar in-ear type headphones. The earpiece is very light but not too comfortable if you have tiny ear cavity.
Overall, a great buy considering its performance. Buy a few if you use your iPod a lot and keep going through headphones frequently.

- I like this product
These are great the sound is good and they fit well.
Con: The fabric that goes over the ear pieces will not stay on and I have already lost one of them.

- Excellent value & worthy ipod bud upgrade
I am a runner looking to upgrade my original ipod buds. Out of all the ear-buds I purchased and tested this last month, these are the best and at under $10, an excellent value. Clear tones, clean highs and mid ranges and reasonable bass. Does not sound tinny or muffled. Clearly an improvement over the original ipod buds (which lack in bass and tend to sound tinny)
For those still shopping around, I compared these Sony MDR-E818LP against the following buds which were all under $10:
