- Don't Rush Me Baby!
I ordered this for a class my daughter was taking. The 10 week class is now over and I still have not seen the magazine. Had I known the ridiculous delay on this item I would not have ordered it.

- Knowing the "German Life"
This magazine is excellent for getting to know the real German culture from top to bottom. Many people who have lived or gone to Germany only know various parts of Germany. This magazine shows the whole country. It not only shows the culture and aspects of the country today, but also its past. - Worst Customer Service...EVER!
I ordered a gift subscription for my mom in November 2005.German Life received full payment for the subscription at that time.It is now April 26, 2006 and still not one magazine!I have emailed them several times from their website and have never received a reply.I called in March and was told the label had been printed and my mom should receive her first magazine soon.Still no magazine.
Might be a good magazine if you can manage to get them to send one to you.I've never, ever ... Read More

- Love this Magazine--great travel tips &insight into culture
This magazine has beautiful photography and excellent articles.
It covers all of German speaking Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) as well as covering German events in the United States.
There are often historical articles and nostalgic pieces as well as news stories and editorials. I especially like the travel advice as it is often for areas off the beaten path.
I end up reading it cover to cover each issue
