- I'm Pretty Apathetic About This : (
Nothing against the band or the fans who love this band... But I found the album to be a bit "country" for my tastes. Don't buy this CD expecting 'Linkin Park' or 'Red' because it's not anything like that... Maybe a bit more 'Rascal Flats' meets 'Nickelback.'
Decent quality and good lyrics! Just not my 'thing.' : )

The I recieved was in good shape. The Cd was not damaged. the case had one crack but all in all I was vert pleased and have been using it and have also downloaded to my MP3 player...

I'm glad I started out with Three Doors Down with this CD, I'm a fan forever. I originally bought it because I had heard "Here Without You" on the radio, but there's so many great songs on here, I listen to it often--it's downloaded on my I-Pod also.

I think that 3 Doors Down has to be one of the best Rock bands in recent years. They did the impossible with this album, made it better than the original. If you are a fan of 3 Doors Down and the album "The Better Life", then you will love this. "Away From the Sun" is the perfect album. Any song on this record are good enough to be a single. I don't dance, but man did I feel like dancing while listening to this! I couldn't help but move when I listen. If you are a fan, you will think this album rocks! ... Read More

Definitely 3 Doors Down's best album. Every song is good on here, and most of them really rock. It's a shame that they don't try to push their boundaries, though, because they could be so much more than an average, super-popular pop/rock band.
