- Didn't fit my Capresso
This product looked like it would be right for my Capresso, but it was too big (high). I had to return it. Product looked like good quality. It's too bad it wouldn't fit because I can't find one to replace mine. If anyone knows where to get a smaller one, let me know.

- Buy this, it works wonderfully~ Just don't do what I did!!!
I have the capprisso coffee maker that has the bean grinder built in, I purchased a new one of these because I ruined the first one. I descailed the coffee maker with the first one left inside it. I didn't realize it would remove the gold coating, thus allowing it to not do the proper removal of larger pieces. I love my cappresso machine. This can go into the dishwasher top rack, just do not leave it in the maker while doing the descailing process. Now I am Happy once again.

I have used gold tone filters for sometime now and for the price of this particular model I find it to be a mid-grade product.I find the materials and workmanship to be acceptable but fear it may not hold up over the course of time.

I was impressed with the quality of merchandise, the quick shipment, and easy purchase experience I had with Amazon when I bought a replacement filter for my Capresso. The ONLY thing that wasn't perfect was the fact that the filter didn't fit perfectly in the holder. Just a gentle push, and it fit it nicely. The other filter virtually fell into the holder. I may have even ordered the wrong one. Doesn't matter...the filter works perfectly, and I'm very happy with the purchase.
Rating: - Saves the paper, a bit annoying to clean but worth it
The main reason I purchased this filter is to stop throwing out 365 paper coffee filters a year. The filter is sturdy and fits well in our 4 cone coffee maker. The only thing is that it can be a little annoying to clean out well - some coffee grounds inevitably end up in the sink. Still, a small price to pay for a filter that isn't filling up a landfill.
