- How'd they fit a Corvette engine in there?
Great!I use this blender to make a vegetable drink, albeit one that is not Pasteurized. Pasteurization kills a lot of the good stuff.I include vines and leaves and seeds and ice cubes. After less than a minute of blending on high, everything is chopped, diced, minced, and Waringized to a puree! No chunks. No pieces remain on the bottom. The smell mentioned above is simply ozone. All electric motors generate ozone, and the more powerful the motor, the more ozone generated.Noise:one above ... This blender is a HOG!
Have yet to find anything it won't blend.
A little noisy but worth it.

I purchased this blender for my friend's gym to replace his old Waring which simply wore out after thousands of shakes. It works fabulous making thick, frothy smoothies/protein shakes. His fill-in blender before was an expensive name brand and hands down, this blender works 1000% better.A great "pro" blender.

- MegaMix Lives Up to Smoothie Expectations
I bought this blender with the goal of using it to create Gladiator smoothies like I get at Smoothie King. It works great. I am able to create the same consistency that I find at commercial stores. I use the crushed ice option from my fridge door to add ice so I haven't had any experience with full ice cubes but it blends frozen fruit, ice, etc. well. I am so glad I got this blender. I was concerned based on some of the reviews but I have nothing to say but good things about the MegaMix. The polycarbonate ... Read More

- Mega Mix
The Mega Mix was impossible to find in retail stores and it is the most powerful for heavy fruit smoothies and such. I wish it had a retractable cord to take up less counter space; also the base feet are never quite level causing it to teeter a litte. Despite those things, if you want the best blender for power and one you'll probably never throw out, this is it.
