Rating:
- Almost Unwatchable
To begin with, this DVD is titled deceptively. It should have been titled something like "World Cup Moments, 1966 - 1986."There are thirty or so great goals on this DVD, but they are far outnumbered by unspectacular goals and other footage.Whatever enjoyment the viewer might experience watching those great goals is offset by annoyances like (1) the liberal use of ground-level and close-up shots ruining many goals; (2) switching from a conventional angle to a ground-level angle at the most crucial ... - Not that great..
I bought this DVD for my Scottish-born husband and we were both disappointed. The title is misleading in that the goals featured were NOT that great since they were restricted to World Cup goals. In addition, this DVD was made in the 1980's which allowed for the exclusion of some AMAZING goals.Gee.. I wonder if I can return it for a refund.
Very disappointing.:0(
Rating:
- poor quality and covers many worst goals
It doesn't cover the greatest goals but focus on some important games.
It should be titled the greatest soccer games in World cup
Rating:
- Biased representation
The video focuses only on Latin America, Central America and Europe. There were countries from Africa playing in this tournaments who scored goals but none of their goals was shown. However, it is a good video. My kids loved it a lot.
