- Non-stick coating doesn't stay non-stick
Like others, I bought this pan based on early good reviews. The pan is big and heavy and heats very evenly. The rubber insert on the handle is nice, making it possible to pick up the hot pan without a pot holder.
The critical problem is in the failure of the non-stick coating to keep its properties. When I first bought the pan, it worked beautifully. However, after just six months, the coating was not performing as well as before. After a year, the pan is just like any other skillet, ... Read More

- A MUST BUY
There are lots of nonstick skillets out there that go on an on about how great they are...etc, but you then find thatthey scratch easily...right? Well not with this one...this skillet is fantastic and IS nonstick. It cooks food beautifully and is a breeze to wash. It's a bit more expensive than your 'wal-mart' variety, but it's so worth the money. The nonstick finish is hard wearing and very durable. I've had this skillet for a few years and it's in the same condition as when I bought it. The matching ... Read More

- it's a STICK pan
I agree with a review by "Keith Bell" and a few others. I bought the pan two years ago, and don't have to wait that long before the pan started to lost its non-stick quality. I can't even cook an egg in it anymore. It stuck to the pan and looks like thesurface of the moon. Even fish (with skin) stuck to the pan as well.

- A Great Non-Stick Pan
We were led to this pan by Cook's Illustrated magazine, which reviewed them all (including All-Clad).This pan is a great, heavy weight. Perfect for even heat distribution and the surface is truly non-stick and durable. We use it every day.You may also want to order a glass lid for this pan

- I love this pan!
I bought this to replace an older large pan and I just love this one!
It is big enough to cook lots of combination dishes I make and evenly heats well!
Definately a good buy.
