- Great griddle
This griddle is nicely sized, heavy weight, sits flat, cooks evenly, and is VERY NON STICK. You really don't need any butter or nonstick to lift your pancakes off perfectly.
The instructions say to not to put this in the dishwasher.But we do.The outer (non cooking) surface does discolor and dull over time, but it does not affect the utility or non-stick of the pan at all.

This is my first griddle and I'm loving it!I've struggled using my large skillet to make pancakes, quesidillas, etc.Using this flat pan is so much easier!I almost did not buy this pan because I'm typically not a huge fan of Circulon, but I must say I really like it!You need no oil or pre-greasing and clean-up is really easy.I'm really impressed with this griddle and highly recommend it!

This was purchased to replace an older one that was not perfectly flat, as it will be used on a glass top range. So far it has not warped and does a decent job of grilling and is fairly easy to clean. I based my decision on purchasing this one due to the shipping weight. There were less expensive ones, but were lighter and probably would warp out of shape in quick order. This one is of fairly heavy gauge metal and has a non-stick surface.

Purchased this for $21.99 in Oct 2006 and it is wonderful.I make pancakes and grilled cheese on it regularly.For pancakes, I just pour the batter right on - no spray necessary.For clean up I just throw it in the dishwasher.It still looks brand new!I love this pan.It is sturdy, a nice heavier weight, and cooks evenly.Great deal and great performance!

I needed a new griddle for making pancakes, and have a Circulon roaster I've loved for years.I really like this griddle for pancakes, but have also found it's great for frying breaded fish, chicken, etc as you can use just a little bit of oil, and nothing sticks.It's also easy to clean up.
