The 18/10 stainless interior provides the brightest most durable luster of all stainless steel. The non-reactive 18/10 stainless steel interior cooking surface will not discolor or affect flavors. The individually cast and polished 18/10 cast stainless steel handles are rounded and ergonomically curved for natural wrist position and comfort. Pans with stainless steel interiors are completely oven and broiler safe. Skillets with nonstick are oven safe to 500°F should not be used directly under a broiler. Dishwasher safe.
