Bought this for our Glass cooktop stove and it is perfect. We have other KitchenAid pots and pans and they have always been great - this met our expectations. It heats evenly, looks great and cleans up very easily (no no stick spray ever needed!).
Rating: - Outstanding product
This griddle is a great product.It does not warp on the bottom under heat as does the cheaper pans. It burns evenly and stays perfectly flat during cooking.It also cleans very easily.

You won't find a better two burner griddle. I make my pancakes, eggs and bacon at the same time. Just keep your heat at medium or lower.

So... I hate to change this from a solid 5 star product, but I have to say, I do have a small complaint. The handles, at least in my case, DO in fact get HOT. Not so hot that you *can't* hold them, but definitely hot enough that you'd much rather NOT hold them.
I have a glass top electric range and this fits over two burners perfectly. It even heats fairly evenly which really impressed me as I don't have a "bridge" burner.

This product is worth every penny. The griddle heats up evenly & fast. Cooking with it is a pleasure. Nothing sticks to it so I can use it dry or with just a littleoil. The food never tastes oily while still having a crispy texture. The heat resistant handles are very convenient and stay cool throughout the cooking process. This has become my favorite kitchen tool!
