I love it.Easy to use and clean.Just hot soapy water and done.It is a little heavy but good exercise for the arms.

This is my first review on amazon so people may not find it reliable, but let me just say that the only reason I never reviewed anything before is cuz I never found something this great!

Rating: - Pefect griddle for breakfast
We use this griddle everyday for breakfast and for some meats and shrimp.It heats up fast and is very well made.However we never use the grill side so I cannot comment on that.As for the griddle side, it is large enough to cook 6 strips of bacon and 2 or 3 eggs at the same time.The grease catcher is very useful and perfectly built.

Bought this for the grill pan, but have found the griddle is much better than the light one I had. Both sides are great to cook on and get better with use as they become more seasoned. The heat is distributed well. I clean as directed, but have also used table salt to scrub the grill for burnt on marinade.
It is heavy and pouring off bacon grease after cooking IS exercise, but worth it.
