The kit includes a canning rack that holds up to four jars at a time and fits within any Fagor 10-quart pressure cooker. When sterilization is complete, the plastic-coated jar lifter clutches jars tightly in its tongs and lifts them out of hot water without risk of slippage or burning while the magnetized vinyl-coated jar lifter safely removes the lids. - If it weren't for the shipping I would love it.
I love the item but it took a month to get it.The tomatoes were done before it came in the mail.It started in Michigan went to Maryland and back to Michigan before I got it.

- Canning Rack Rusted
The Fagor "made in China" canning rack rusted the second time I used it and left a rust stain in the bottom of my Fagor Canner.While, I did get the stain out, it looks like the rack is of very poor quality and I do not recommend it.

Just getting started so bought this same time we bought pressure cooker.Didn't need anything fancy.Not sure how much or how long we will do canning.This fit the bill perfectly.
