The kit includes a canning rack that holds up to four jars at a time and fits within any Fagor 10-quart pressure cooker. When sterilization is complete, the plastic-coated jar lifter clutches jars tightly in its tongs and lifts them out of hot water without risk of slippage or burning while the magnetized vinyl-coated jar lifter safely removes the lids. The kit is wonderful for the first time caners like myself :D
Arrived quick.

Used once or twice.Tools are either fairly thin wire or plastic.If planning on canning frequently or large volumes get something more substantial.

Don't forget to get these accessories when you buy your canner.Without them you will have a hard time properly prepping your jars or getting them out of the hot water!
