I followed the advice of others who reviewed this product in much greater detail (thank you guys).Was going to buy a Dyson - think I saved a lot of money!

I truly hate this vacuum that my husband bought because it looked 'cool' while it worked on both carpet and hardwood floor.
Here is a short list of why:

1.The belt that rotates the brush keeps slipping off.After 10th time, my husband threw his hands up in utter defeat.
2.I have difficult time dragging the canister part while vacuuming.So many times, you are limited to the length of the flex hose connecting the two parts.It gets frustrating after third time stopping ... Read More

This is best vacuum I have owned for picking up pet hair and even cat litter.And if the vacuum will pick up after pets it will do everything else.I have had a very expensive Electrolux canister that the motor fried and several uprights by Hoover and Eureka but nothing compares to this vacuum.It is easy to use as it has many features that keep you from bending. The on/off is on the handle, the cord return has a foot release, and the handle has a foot release to release the attachment from the wand. ... Read More
Rating: - A very happy camper
The first time I used the wind tunnel my nose felt like the clothse pins had been taken off. My breathing was much improved. Apparently the fine dust that before used to be re dispersed in the air was now trapped in the vacuum behind the two hepa filters. I slept well that night without the sinus congestion problems that were the norm before.

We have deep shag rugs that held loads of fine dust, now the hepa filters and the stronger suction of our new machine are removing this tenacious visitor. ... Read More
