- Very Disappointed!
While I am happy with the product itself, I feel it was poorly advertised. MOST mop replacement pads are packaged in a 2 pack, and that is what I thought I would be purchasing/receiving since that is what the picutre showed.However, when I received my order, it only contained ONE mop replacement pad.I thought this was slightly deceiving.I wrote a review and Go Vacuum immediately asked me to remove because they would like to resolve the problem with me and make things better by giving me a credit ... These pads worked well for removing dirt, but they got holes in them rather quickly.

- Ok, to use as a replacement, Orginals better!
I found the material of this product not the same as the original green ones that come with bissel steam mop.They are not as soft and is more difficult to use on tile floor.Good to use as a backup.

I have had my steamer for 1 year and use it every week. I needed replacement pads because of use and washing them.These replacements were exactly what came with the steamer and I will be using them shortly after the original ones are used for a little more.

Product works well. Easily washes out in laundry. I have always liked the steam solution. Much to my chagrin,opened the bag and one of the packages was tampered with and one of the replacements pads was missing.
Not much to do about it... so I will most likely be looking for a different vendor.
