I ordered this DUB-H7 from Amazon on 08 May 2009, received it on 18 May, and was immediately able to plug in and use all my existing USB peripherals without a problem.
My Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop has only 4 USB ports, which meant that I hadto switch among my 6 USB peripherals:
Western Digital MyBook Premium II 1TB powered external hard-drive
Maxtor Mini OneTouch III 160GB USB-powered hard-drive

- Love This Hub!
If you're like me you have all kinds of USB devices that you have to keep plugging and unplugging to use. No more. This has 8 ports so you can leave all your cords attached and use everything as you need it. I have plugged in right now an external hard drive, photo printer, wireless keyboard and mouse, USB turntable,MP3 player and camera and still have 2 slots left. Also has cool green lights to let you know its on and powered. Does need AC power to run. No problem running multiple devices off it at the ... Read More
