- The perfect remote for MythTV
We've tried several PC remotes before: the remote that comes with the Hauppauge PVR-350 capture card, and the ATI Remote Wonder II.The Streamzap PC remote beats both of these easily. It has excellent range and sensitivity, a sleek receiver, and excellent support for Linux using LIRC.We use it with a MythTV frontend, and we purchased a second remote for an additional frontend.
Highly recommended.

- Great Support Team
I had some problems with the installation. The Remote Receiver would fail from time to time and I would have to reload the software.I contacted the Streamzap Support team and they immediately sent a replacement Remote Receiver. The product works perfectly, adds a whole new dimension to my "Entertainment Center" PC,and I am very pleased about the support that I received.I recommend this product to anyone!

- PC remote
The remote worked as advertised. I can not use it because there is a lag when using with Zoomplayer. The result is when a video is playing it is impossible to use fast forward or fast rewind. Also there is no way to use time seek or time jump due to there is no wheel or track ball on the remote.

- Hidden Conflicts In a Great Product
I just got this streamzap pc remote a couple of days ago and looked forward to using it with cyberlink powerDVD 9, Pinnacle usb pctv hd and possibly in WMC which I really stray away from as it is too big and bulky plus it does not recognize all the local broadcast hd tv stations for some reason.Pinnacle usb mini stick gets a bunch but media center just wont get them up there and pinnacle player is good enough does everything plus i do have a good remote with it so the streamzap was for Media cent ... - Freezes,,, almost perfect
This remote is almost perfect. It sits in the hand wonderfully. The one reason I got it was for its "Mouse feature".However, the biggest problem this remote has is it does not always stay active.
For some reason it's Infared receiver stops responding to commands and the PC needs rebooting; some say the continued receiving of additional commands for other home theatre opbects eventually overloads the installed software. This totally unacceptable for a HTPC.
