professional ? "Mercedes" of pressure cookers ? is a litle to much. In my opinion overrated = overpriced

It feels like a very safe pressure cooker.We have not always been there to take it off and it just releases steam like the old jiggle ones. Highly recommend this.It is very large which is what we wanted but may be too big for some.
