These earrings have a beautiful gold color and look so elegant and classy. They are bigger than I expected but after I put them on, they actually look better as big. The only problem is that these earrings come with cheap flimsy backings. Everyone else has complained or bought several pairs in case them lose one. I just went to a jewelry store and had the cheap backings replaced with quality ones that fit snug like they should. It is definitely worth the money if you are willing to go out and replace ... I have bought these and another 7x5m gemstone earrings for my self and the ball size seems bigger in comparison. At the sametime the 7x5m gemstone looked very small. That could be because of the solid gold color along with the ball shape. I also have medium sized ear lobes.
I feel 7m will be good size to wear to work.
As said in other reviews they can improve the quality on the backs.

I bought the same pair a year ago for a tad bit cheaper and lost one in my car. This time I didn't care if they were more money. I had to buy another pair. They are so multipurpose. They go with anything I wear and especially if you have multiple holes in your ears, I can mix & match them with other earrings. Mostly, I like them as what I'd like to call, `the everyday pair'.
