- Now I'm cookin'
This is a quality fry pan. I had an older model in the same size that was my favorite workhorse, lasted many years, and never warped. It's the best non-stick because it's a healthier version, works, and cleans up easily.Wash it while it's still slightly warm and it's a breeze! Pricey but worth it.

- perfect little skillet
Just the right weight, cooks evenly, best non stick I've had and washes in seconds.

- What it says on the label
I've used Scanpans for more than 15 years. Two of the pans I bought in 1991 or 1992 are still in daily use. They're as close to a perfect compromise between cast-iron and non-stick that I've ever seen: they combine the ease of handling, cooking, and maintenance of non-stick cookware with the durability and "searing power" of cast-iron. And yes, I use mostly steel implements, and I do like cooking with high heat.
Time and use do leave their marks, of course. I've occasionally "deep cleaned" ... Read More

- WON'T TAKE A LICKING, AND SOON STARTS STICKING
Like several other reviewers for this pan or other Scanpan pieces/sets, my experience with this cookware has been awful.I've tossed a complete set out after just four years of use.I'm aware there is a warranty, but why replace bad with bad?Besides, the process for warranty replacement has less appeal than a root canal. It's a joke.
YOU REALLY OWE IT TO YOURSELF to check around on the Internet for consumer feedback/reviews on this overpriced and overrated cookware.Again and again ... Read More

- NICE
Love this pan, wish it was a little larger, will buy that one next time.Plenty of room for 4 fish fillets, 4 fried eggs (because they slide around easily), asparagus, etc.; most everything I have tried in the past few weeks since it arrived.Perfect fit on the largest eye on my ceramic stovetop, so very even heating.Clean up is crazy easy...directions recommend washing while still warm. This is definitely a high end, nicely balanced nonstick pan I plan to have for a very long time.
