Also ordered this unit from Walmart.After reading the previous reviews I immediately tried to cancel the order, but it was shipped anyway.True, my beverage center also has dents in it & at this point in time it seems unavoidable to have some type of damage.For my purposes, the dent is something I can live with.The dent is located in a concealed area - I consider myself lucky compared to the other reviews.Only had it for two days now & it seems to be working well. We had to have this shipped to us twice. The reviewers are correct that it was shipped in a flimsy cardboard box with no protection. Twice it was shipped totally damaged and twice we didn't even have to take it out of the box to know that. I can't imagine who is packing these things. We finally got one intact and it looks very nice. The quality seems good, but there is a huge drawback, you have to defrost this thing. It's like out of the stone ages. The product arrived badly damaged and it has been over a month that I have been waiting for it to be replaced. I really thought that ordering this item would be a simple procedure and I would have my cooler within a reasonable amount of time.August has now become mid/late October or I could wait for a refund which could take up to 10 days!!!
I should have listened to the other reviews...I am still waiting for someone in customer service to provide me with answers.
