- Top and bottom can be used separately or together. Both pieces have tri ply construction which allow even heating and no hot spots. The top can be used for gravies while the bottom is still in use as an open roaster
- Handles are offset to allow for more efficient use of oven space

This product is discribed very well. True to it's description. We are so happy to have found this roasting pan. Will use it alot! Loved the first use.

Clean up is quick and easy. The roaster always looks brand new.

I bought this strictly for deglazing.
Last night I cooked a tenderloin and used the top as a roasting pan.
While making a sauce on the cook top the "tri ply base" crumpled and cracked.
Now it doesn't sit flat.

I was not sure what the size was when we purchased this roaster. It is about 18"L x 9"H x 12"D. It works wonderful, and the clean up was so easy. It is the best roaster I've ever used. Worth every penny!
