- More trouble than its worth
This product is cheaply made. One day I hope I will learn how to handle this finicky product just so I don't feel like I completely wasted my money. For a product with such a specified purpose, I would have thought it would work, but it is NOT well designed. Don't throw away your money on this.

- Nice idea but seems to be lacking in quality control
I had to send my saladacco back because the parts didn't fit properly together for it to be functional. After reading other reviews, I decided it wasn't worth trying to get another.
Rating:
- Useless
The Joyce Chen spiral slicer is useless. It worked great for a week, cutting zuchini, onions, carrots, potatoes, and any other solid vegetable. After week 1, the handle spun around, while the food sat motionless. I'll stick to my Cutco knives.

- Great Product
We first bought this product to make raw zucchini angel hair pasta and other raw food dishes! It works great for that and many other things. We use it to make great spiral carrots and cucumber for salads and much more.Clean up is not bad but you do have to be careful because the blade is sharp.Highly recommended!
