Although I was quite happy with the roller with which this is used, the ravioli attachment was a major headache to use, and ended up producing poor ravioli, even after hours of messing with it. The machine seems simple on its face, but everything I tried still ended up making sad, flat little ravioli with almost nothing inside. I would still definitely use the Al Dente roller to make sheets of pasta, but would use a ravioli stamp at that point instead.
