- Best Scale Ever
I got this scale about 15 years ago.It's very precise, as its name indicates.I just bought another one because I dropped mine and broke the height adjuster, but it survived 10 relocations in those 15 years.It is very sturdy and the bowl can be washed in the dishwasher--top rack.I highly recommend it to everyone I know.

I've had this scale for 10-12 years. It has outlasted several of those spring loaded things you can get for $10.
The Cuisinart scale uses a balance weight so there are no springs to go out of whack. It's pretty consistent, and a very accurate way to weigh things for baking or home-canning. The adjustment is the wheel on the left bottom of the picture, you simply twist it to zero out the scale on your counter/table.
