We have used this style of rack on our charcoal and gas grills for over 25 years.We've tried others but always go back to this one. Great for whole chickens, cornish hens, any beef & pork roasts.With smaller meats there is even room to place potatoes around on it.The handles are easy to grab even with oven mitts on. And it sets securely on a cutting board to carry it into the house.
