- Unbalanced, lousy quality porcelain coating
If you haven't compared this Innova skillet which is made in China to Le Creuset which is made in France, then do so before buying this piece of junk.It is engineered so poorly that it is totally unbalanced when lifted.The skillet tips forward and no amount of muscling will hold it level.The handle is not strong enough to act as a counterbalance to the weight of the skillet.The interior porcelain coating is VERY porous and foods fry unevenly.Due to the skillet's unbalanced design the oil ... I am very pleased with the quality of this product.It is pleasing to the eye and nice distrabution of heat.
I do wish very was a larger pan for my bigger tasks.
