This is my third time to order the same item because the first two turned out to be defective on arrival. I don't know what is wrong with this product but I am very disappointed. And, since this is an inexpensive item, after the first DOA I ordered the replacement without even dealing with the return process because shipping and handling and the time I would be putting in this entire process weren't worth it. I am expecting Amazon to ship out this item with no defect and at no charge to my end-user ... Read More

I returned this "Hi-Fi System" because the CD player didn't work. That may have been bad luck, but it is still pretty junky.It doesn't even have a bass or tremble dial.... not even a tone dial!
