- Vertigo or Slane Castle
Get both of them. The AQ and VQ is better on Vertigo and is still a great performance like Slane Castle. So, I'm rating Slane Castle 4 stars and Vertigo 5.

I first listened/saw this DVD about 3 years ago.In those 3 years, it is probably the most oft-watched DVD in my collection music or otherwise.I can't explain in words why it's so captivating to watch, only that it's an experience similar to going to a concert and witnessing something truly special.They are on an emotional rollercoaster and you feel lucky to be able to witnes it.One cannot help but get choked up when Bono tells a story about his father before dedicating Kite to his memory. ... This is U2 minus the pretensions seen in some of their other dvd's. The performances are outstanding. They interact with each other, and the most enthusiastic crowd I've seen in a U2 concert. At one point during "All I Want is You" a fan throws water on Bono, and he quips "all i want is f***in you man" :).
Classic U2, excellent concert.
