Designed for active, outdoor lifestyles--as well as the rigors of harsh urban landscapes--the full-sized Timex T43892 Camper Expedition watch adds a stylish yet rugged complement to your everyday wear. It features a round, resin-coated bezel in black that frames a white dial background with full Arabic numeral display, black hands (with seconds hand), exterior dial with 24-hour markings, and date display at 3 o'clock. With the Quick Date function, you can set the date on the watch without turning the crown for every 24-hour period. Just pull the stem halfway out, and turn until desired date is reached. It also offers an 8-year battery life, water resistance to 50 meters (165 feet), and a durable, black nylon and leather strap.

The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Timex expedtion has its ups and downs
just got this watch yesterday as my first one that came from amazon was a dud. evertime i tried to set time going counterclockwise knob would unscrew. Also amazon's customer service was horrible, shipping of the broken watch was 2 days late and amazon couldnt seam to understand that, refunded my shipping (reluctantly) and couldnt even do that right. Next watch is fine (as far as i know).
i like the face its really nice, watch band seams ultra cheap but thats replacable. Ticks loudly, ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Nice Watch
I like this watch. It is very affordable, lightweight and well constructed. The only problem with it is that the date, located at the number 3 position, is almost impossible to read. I can't imagine why Timex decided to make the date number white on a black field. You really have to squint to see it. Other than that, I would say, go for it. If you don't want any bells and whistles, and you like an analog format, then this is the watch for you.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - No frills, no spills, but....
All I wanted was a plain ol watch, nothing fancy, nothing complicated (believe me, I have a few of those). This is just what the doctor ordered. Plain and simple. Minute hand, hour hand, and second hand. But wait, what's this? Indiglo? Cool, push the stem and the watch lights up. Neat. Ah, it hacks too. Ok so two frills, haha. If it didn't have these frills I'd be happy too. Lightweight and keeps good time. Looks good. Long battery life. Can't complain at all. I really like this watch.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Takes A Licking and Keeps on Ticking
The title of my review was part of an enduring ad campaign that ran for years decades ago. I'm in my 60th year and have never bought any brand other than Timex because they're inexpensive, stylish, and incredibly durable.I've owned this particular watch for several years now and have yet to replace the battery. It's light and comfortable on the wrist. Furthermore, it keeps perfect time and is easy to see.It looks good whether you're at work or play.Timex, in my opinion, continues to offer an excellent ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great Value
These are wonderful cheap watches with great design and a night-light built in.I work construction in the summers and wear these right into the ground, never worrying if they get filthy or scratched, 'cause they are cheap to replace when the time comes.Usually what goes wrong with them is that the small bands that hold down the watchband "tails" rot away after being wet and dirty about a thousand times.I have some of the watches in my drawer that are five years old and still running.
A classic
